We may withdraw any product from the Web Site without incurring liability. All products, including free gifts are subject to availability. In the event that the product(s) you ordered is out of stock, we will write to let you know. If we do not hear from you, we will assume you still want the product and send it to you once we are back in stock.

The price you pay for the product(s) will be the price shown on our Web Site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable Value Added Tax. In addition to the cost of the product(s), you will have to pay delivery charges as set out in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. Refunds are usually refunded back on to the card you paid with but may in some circumstances need to refund you by cheque.
